Supply Chain Project Co-ordinator

The primary purpose of the Supply Chain Project Co-ordinator is to work within the Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Management Process and effectively co-ordinate projects and support data setup associated with new product commercialisations, artwork changes and SKU discontinuations within SCO. The workload of the role is split between 60% of time spent on project co-ordination and 40% on product setup in SAP. Hence it is essential to have SAP experience.

 

Key Responsibilties

Project Coordination

• Responsible for cross-functional stakeholder engagement throughout the project to ensure that the team are informed of progress and deliver against plan

• Proactively manage and co-ordinate project meetings, with accompanying minutes and actions

• Manage potential project risks, roadblocks and/or slippage, escalating to line manager where appropriate

• As part of the discontinuation process, co-ordinate with the cross-functional team to ensure optimal change over dates are agreed and aligned with to minimise stock write off

• Write Change Controls and ensure adherence and that Change Control dates align with project timelines

• At project closure ensure all actions are closed-down and relevant documentation completed

SAP

• Provide support for material master processes within SAP

• Ensure new BoMs are in place on time to meet Production/Purchasing requirements

• Be responsible for BoM amendments required to manage run-down, and well communicated to the wider team

 

Skills and Experience

Essential 

• 2+ years experience within a Supply Chain role

• 1+ years SAP master data experience

• Demonstrable experience in project co-ordination 

Desirable

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task

• Able to create and manage complex project timelines

• Detail oriented, aptitude for data and understanding of cause and effect

• Confident in leading and facilitating group meetings

• Microsoft Office experience
